Note : avoid uploading large sizes files. it will make make pages load slower
6. Request payment on whatsapp
Send payment ledger and request payments on WhatsApp. Fill in the clinic details and bank details in its menu shown in another video. now with just one click you can send the patient details of all this payments and fees applied to him or her. the message shall also generate outstanding balance and request for payment alongwith attaching you upi id and upi number.
7. WhatsApp Integration
Send welcome greetings upon registration which helps you digitally connect with the patient immediately after a checkup . This function can also send Post treatment instruction and bank detials by a click
8. Setup WhatsApp Integration
Send your customized greetings messages and post treatment instrctions
9. Start New Treatment function
Read Carefully: This function is to be used only when an old patient comes for new treatment. this function separates different treatment modules from one another. do not use it for a new patient file.
10. Checking Reports
15 day report, current month report , previous month reports.
11. Enable Multiple Doctors
Use this function if you have multiple doctors working in your clinic all the time and you need to record which doctor did which procedure
12. Update Clinic Details
This guides you to update your clinic detials like doctors name, clinics name, address, mobile number, gpay number clinic logo. These details are important for whatsapp integeration and messages to be composed seamlessly by a click.
